Health and Wellness
Counseling
The Hampden-Sydney College Counseling Center offers counseling and mental health services to students. The Counseling Center staff welcome all students with diverse backgrounds, beliefs, and orientations.
TigeRec
Staying fit, healthy, and active is easy with TigeRec. In addition to using the Fitness Center and the Leggett swimming pool, students have access to group fitness classes, racquetball courts, a disc golf course, and intramural sports.
Student Health
Student Health Services is open for clinic hours and staffed by professional nurses Monday through Friday during the regular academic year (Fall term and Spring term). The College Physician is also available during specified times. Please call ahead to make an appointment. There is no fee for Student Health Services visits.

Computing Center
The John B. Fuqua Computing Center, located on the ground-level of Bortz Library, houses a computer lab, scanning and printing facilities, and a data center used to manage College information.
Post Office
Hampden-Sydney College operates a contract Post Office for the U.S. Postal Service. Located in the Brown Student Center, mail is posted in the morning Monday through Friday. Cash-only window service is provided.
