To request an official Hampden-Sydney College transcript:

This is the fastest and most efficient method of request. Simply create an account (or log in if you already have an account), request an electronic transcript or paper transcript. There is a $10 fee per transcript payable with your credit or debit card.

Unofficial Transcripts

Current students are able to print unofficial transcripts from Tiger Web. (Forgotten ID numbers and passwords can be retrieved using the Forgot TigerWeb Password? link.)

Once logged in, select the Student tab—the link to Unofficial Transcript is on the left. At the bottom of the unofficial transcript page there is a pdf document of the transcript that can be printed or copied into an email. For further information call 434-223-7149.

How much does a transcript cost?

Official transcripts cost $10

How soon can I get a transcript with my current semester grades?

First, you must check to be sure that you can view your final grades on Tiger Web –>Student Tab –> My Grade Report –> View Final Grade Report. Make sure you select the semester you just completed.

Then, you may request a transcript.

How long does it take to process my transcript request?

Transcript requests are typically processed within the same business day.  Additional processing time is needed if requested over the weekend, during college holidays, during campus closures, or during the first week of the term, or at the end of the term or during graduation week.

Can I receive my transcript by fax or e-mail?

We do not fax or email transcripts.  Expedited official transcripts are available through Parchment.

Can I access and print my transcript online?

Current students can access and print their unofficial academic transcript through TigerWeb.  Former students can only order official transcript through Parchment.

Can I request my transcript by email or phone?

We do not accept phone or e-mail requests for transcripts.

How can I get help with my transcript order?

 If you have any issues with your transcript order, please contact Parchment Support at https://www.parchment.com/chat-support/.  

Can I change the email address if I provided an incorrect one for the transcript recipient?

Unfortunately, the recipients cannot be updated after the order has been submitted.  You will need to submit a new order.
