Awarded to juniors and seniors with the highest academic achievement, moral character, responsible citizenship, and broad intellectual curiosity, Phi Beta Kappa is among the highest honors a student can receive. Only 10% of U.S. colleges and universities have Phi Beta Kappa chapters, and of these chapters, no more than 10% of arts and sciences graduates are selected to join.
