Android settings for TigerNet

What are the correct connection settings on Android to use TigerNet?

If you are trying to connect to TigerNet using an Android device and are having issues getting connected, it is likely you are running a version of Android OS that requires some additional information due to security enhancements added to the OS. Supply this information by doing the following:

Go to Settings > Network & internet > Internet

Select the gear icon to the right of TigerNet

Select the pencil icon in the upper right to edit the settings to TigerNet

From here, verify you have the following settings as specified.

EAP method: PEAP

Phase 2 Authentication: MSCHAPV2

CA Certificate: Use system certificates

Online Certificate Status: Request certificate status

Domain: hsc.edu

Identity: ** your H-SC username **

Anonymous identity: ** leave blank **

Password: ** your H-SC password **
